The positioning of the ESF comes at a time when the French Alps candidacy is preparing to unveil in the coming weeks the outlines of a project – in particular the planned location of the sites – to the Future Host Commission of the International Olympic Committee (IOC).

While the candidacy has been coordinated since this summer by the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF), with the support of the French Paralympic and Sports Committee (CPSF), this declaration from the French Ski School also comes shortly after the recent visit this month of a delegation of mobilized stakeholders to the headquarters of the Olympic institution in Lausanne (Switzerland).
