With the Ma Rue breathe system, the city of Bordeaux is increasing the area reserved for non-polluting traffic and meeting the public every first Sunday of the month, in seven Bordeaux neighborhoods

Sunday, October 1, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Bordeaux will live to the rhythm of soft mobility, as part of the Ma Rue breathe event. During the launch of the operation, on September 19, 2021, the mayor of Bordeaux announced, “More air, calm, security and well-being. » For two years, this operation has been a continuation of Car-Free Sunday, until then limited to the city center of Bordeaux, and now extends to seven districts of the city: Bordeaux Sud (place des Capucins), Saint -Augustin (place Saint-Augustin), Chartrons (place and church of Chartrons), Bordeaux Maritime, (place Buscaillet), Caudéran (Bordelais park), La Bastide (Parlier pontoon), Nansouty (place Nansouty).
