In Quimperlé, the badminton Irish Open was on the program for players in the U19 category of the Badminton club Kemperle (BCK), last weekend. Last season, Gaspard Delabrosse was the only one to go there. This year, the trip was organized by Quentin Tuaillon who saw several of his protégés stand out. Brieuc Jégou and Ewen Peres arrived in the 1/8 final of the men’s doubles. Timothé Laudrin arrived in the 1/8 finals in men’s singles. The feminine Johanka Ivanovicova arrived in the 1/4 final of the singles. Gaspard Delabrosse and Martin Bellot reached the men’s doubles semi-final.
“It was a good tournament for our young people and to prepare for the start of the BCK season. Saturday September 9, we will experience the first day of the National 3 championship in Saint-Jacques, ”explains Quentin Tuaillon, the club coach.
