Successful Badminton Fair Trophy Held by Alborán Badminton Club with 50 Participants

The Alborán Badminton Club has held a Badminton Fair Trophy with the participation of 50 fans. A “resounding success for the group, which brought together players from Adra, Vícar, Santa Fe de Marchena, Almería, Benalmádena and Armilla.

“The tournament was a true celebration of badminton, with players of all ages and skill levels competing in various categories,” they acknowledge from the Alborán club. Among the winners of the Absolute Men’s Individual category, Pablo Salinas (CB Armilla) and Marcos Montoya (CB Mercapinturas Almería) stood out, in first and second place, respectively. In the Absolute Female Individual category, María Jurado (CB Mercapinturas Almería) and Rosana García (CB Mercapinturas Almería). In the Absolute Male Doubles category, Antonio Salinas and Pablo Salinas (CB Armilla) in first place and Juan Manuel Fernández and José Francisco García (CB Mercapinturas Almería), in second.

Juan Manuel Fernández/María Jurado (CB Mercapinturas Almería) and Asier Torres/Rosana García (CB Mercapinturas Almería) triumphed in the Absolute Mixed Doubles category; and in the Male and Female Sub-17 categories, minibadminton, Elías Navarro (CB Alborán), Agatha Pérez (CB Mercapinturas Almería) and Lucía Álvarez (CB Alborán).
