NEWS – EJU KATA TOURNAMENT MADRID – LAZIO REGIONAL COMMITTEE – MADRID, 16/09/2023
The first Spanish edition of theEJU Kata Tournament organized by the European Judo Federation in the Pabellón Polideportivo Francisco Valcárcel in Villaviciosa de Odón – Madrid in Spain.
The event, which saw the participation of around seventy pairs of athletes from thirteen nations, was an excellent opportunity for the Italians to enrich their experience in the international field.
The couple represents Lazio Barbara Meconi – Maurizio Calderini who got the fifth place out of fifteen pairs in the kata KIME NO KATA just a few points behind the winners.
Satisfied with the commitment and dedication of our Athletes and Technicians, we wish them good work for the next European competition scheduled in Brussels!
