The course begins in the children’s and senior sports schools in Torremolinos, with a total of 3,752 places offered, of which 88% are currently already filled.
Thus, sports schools offer classes with different schedules and adapted to different ages in athletics, basketball, basic physical education, children’s self-defense, soccer 7, indoor soccer, rhythmic gymnastics, judo, technical judo, karate, artistic swimming, baby swimming , swimming schools, swimming schools initiation, children’s swimming, youth swimming, paddle tennis, skating, tennis and urba dance.
On the other hand, starting this coming Friday, September 15, senior activities will also begin with offers at different times for aquaseniors, senior swimming, self-defense for adults, gymnastics for the elderly and swimming for those over 65 years of age.
«Promoting sport among older people is one of the bets that we once again keep in mind this new year from the Sports delegation. Physical activity increases the state of general well-being and that is why it is so important to facilitate older people to access and enjoy sports activities,” said the Councilor for Sports, Ramón Alcaide.
