This weekend the National Master of the under-15 and under-19 categories will be held in Oviedo. Four players from the Soria Badminton Club – CS24 will attend the event.
Isabel Corchón and Carmen Gómez will participate in the under-15 category. Both will compete, as a couple, in the doubles modality; In addition, Isabel will also do so individually, while Carmen, being the first reserve player, will wait for a possible last-minute withdrawal of one of the registered players to allow her to also enter the women’s team.
The greatest aspirations for the Soria Badminton Club – CS24 will be in the under-19 category, where Javier Barrios and Daniela Corchón will fight for the medals, both being seeds number six and three, respectively, in the individual category.
The two players from Soria also participate in doubles. Javier, in mixed doubles, along with Elena Dueñas from Burgos, and Daniela, in women’s doubles, partnering with the Navarrese and league teammate, Ainhoa Larraya.
