On this day, we focused on practicing menus that emphasized “speed” among the elements to be aware of when handling and passing. It was a lively clinic with everyone smiling and practicing seriously from beginning to end.

This is because I believe that in order to evolve over a long season, continuing to do basic things will lead to better performance than doing something new. To that end, let’s incorporate more and more training that can be done at home.
