On the defensive side, Drake Jackson signed three sacks.

Dallas, for its part, humiliated the New York Giants (40-0) at home. The Texan defense overwhelmed Daniel Jones, the New York QB, with seven sacks and two interceptions. The Cowboys’ ground game also performed well, with three TD’s, signed Tony Pollard and KaVontae Turpin. Tagovailoa unleashed with Miami

The match between the Los Angeles Chargers and the Miami Dolphins, who each have a spectacular offense, kept all its promises. In California, it was the Floridians who won (36-34). Tua Tagovailoa, Miami’s quarterback, was stratospheric with 466 yards and made Tyreek Hill happy, who gained 215 and scored the winning TD 1’45” from the end of the match.

Now orphaned by Aaron Rodgers (who left for the NY Jets), the Green Bay Packers are relying on young Jordan Love (24 years old). The latter made his team win against the Chicago Bears (38-20), with three touchdown passes. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are playing without Tom Brady (retired). Baker Mayfield, his replacement, allowed his team to win against the Minnesota Vikings (20-17).

Jacksonville topples the Indianapolis Colts

The Jacksonville Jaguars and Trevor Lawrence, who reached the play-offs last season after several difficult years, won against the Indianapolis Colts (31-21). Trailing 17-21 at the end of the game, they scored two touchdowns in one minute to win. Superbowl finalists in February, the Philadelphia Eagles started their season with a success against the New England Patriots (25-20).
