Saint-Rome-de-Tarn Presents Plans for Remarkable Heritage Site Project

This Monday, September 25, the municipality of Saint-Rome-de-Tarn organized a press point to present the next public information meeting on the theme of the “Remarkable Heritage Site”. A meeting which will be held on Friday September 29 at 8:30 p.m. in the Édouard Galy village hall.

« This important project desired by our municipality and presented during various neighborhood meetings is entering an active phase “, explain Francis Mancino, first deputy mayor of Saint-Rome. “ Led by the Kargo-Sud architectural agency, it was presented and validated in July by the CNPA (National Commission for Heritage and Architecture). This project includes three complementary components. Firstly, the presentation of a perimeter defined by the architectural and historical interests of the various built and unbuilt cadastral plots. Then the details of the precise information relating to the “facades operation” option that we have chosen to highlight and participate in its financing. To date, out of the ten files submitted to the town hall, we have selected four for presentation for acceptance. Finally, the partnership concluded with the ENSA (École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture) of Montpellier which will second a group of Masters 2 level students to meet the inhabitants and together put together drafts of fertile improvements ».

This moment of information will end with the sharing of a friendly drink.
