RTL broadcasts the international soccer match between the German national team and Japan (8:45 p.m., live in the ticker at bild.de) live on TV. The preliminary reporting was actually supposed to start at 8:15 p.m.
However, as RTL announced on Saturday afternoon, the start of broadcasting will be postponed by ten minutes. Moderator Florian König (55) and expert Lothar Matthäus (62) will only get in the mood for the important international match from 8:25 p.m.

Former BVB professional Achraf Hakimi (24) called for solidarity after the devastating earthquake in his home country of Morocco and expressed his condolences to the victims.
“We are experiencing a difficult moment for our compatriots. It’s time to help each other to save as many lives as possible,” the Moroccan international wrote on Instagram on Saturday. A qualifying game between the fourth-placed World Cup team against Liberia planned for the evening was canceled.
“My condolences go out to all those who have lost someone they love,” wrote ex-Dortmunder Hakimi. Other national players also spoke up on Instagram and called for support.
As a result of the earthquake, the preliminary reports for the German international match against Japan were shortened from 30 to 20 minutes.
