Rihards Bukarts Awaits Offers from League Teams

In a conversation with Latvian Television, he did not reveal where exactly he wants to play, but explained that he is hoping for an offer from two league teams.

“I hope I will succeed, and that is my goal at the moment. It is clear that sometimes it is mentally difficult, because you are the last member of the Latvian national team who has not signed a contract. There will probably be a moment until which I will wait.

If not, then I will take the offer that seems the most tempting to me first, maybe not from those two leagues. An offer also came today, an offer came yesterday, but not quite what I want.”

Rihards Bukarts was the most productive hockey player of the Latvian national team in this tournament, accumulating 11 productivity points (3+8).
