Dompierre-sur-Besbre. Martial arts school. The resumption of judo classes at the Dompierroise Martial Arts School will take place on Monday September 11, at the Chambon sports complex.
The hours are as follows: pre-judo (born in 2017, 2018 and 2019), Wednesday, 4:15 p.m. to 5 p.m.; children’s judo (born in 2013 to 2016), Monday, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Wednesday, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; youth judo (born in 2012 and before), Monday, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and Wednesday, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Judo is practiced from 4 years old. The EAMD offers 3 free trial courses for anyone who wants to start or resume after a few years of interruption. The kimono is provided for these test sessions.
