Competition categories and projects
(1) Groups: Organization Group, Open Group, Evergreen Group

Open Group: Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Men’s Singles;
Evergreen Group: First Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Second Men’s Doubles.
Eligibility Requirements for Participating Athletes
(1) All athletes who register for the competition must be at least 18 years old and hold a second-generation resident identity card or valid certificate issued by the Chinese government. Foreign friends must hold a passport issued by the Chinese public security agency for more than 3 months (including 3 months) valid certificate of residency.
(2) Participating athletes must be in good health, have no underlying diseases and be suitable for participating in badminton competitions.
(3) Athletes in mixed team competitions are not allowed to participate in concurrent events. Athletes who are active and retired in 2015 and after (including foreign countries) are not allowed to participate in the competitions of the organization group and the evergreen group. One professional athlete is allowed to apply for the open competition.
Note: active and retired (including foreign) professional athletes refer to: active and retired (city team and above) badminton players registered in the Table and Badminton Center of the State Sports General Administration of China; athletes or coaches who have obtained the national badminton player level certificate of level two or above Players; Athletes who have participated in Group A and Group B of the National College Badminton Championships; Athletes who have participated in badminton competitions in national, provincial and municipal comprehensive sports games (except for the mass group of badminton events in the National Games); have participated in badminton competitions organized by the International Badminton Federation, And there are ranked athletes.
(4) The agency group must meet the conditions (1) to (3), and must provide relevant certification documents such as the social security of the unit, valid work permit, labor dispatch contract, etc., just choose one. In doubles, there must be one cadre with an administrative position above the deputy director level or an athlete born before January 1, 1968, regardless of gender.
(5) Mixed groups in the evergreen group must meet the conditions (1) to (3), and:
The first men’s doubles: add up to 110-year-old group (one of the players must be at least 45 years old);
Mixed doubles: add up to 105-year-old group (where the minimum age of female athletes is not less than 45);
The second men’s doubles: add up to the 120-year-old group (one of the players must be at least 55 years old).
Note: The age of participation in the evergreen group is calculated based on the year of birth. For example, those born in 1968 are considered to be 55 years old.
Participation Notice
(1) The agency group is limited to 32 teams, the open group is limited to 24 teams, and the evergreen group is limited to 24 teams.
(2) The number of applicants for each team in each group shall not exceed 10 (including team leaders and coaches). Team leaders and coaches are not allowed to participate in competitions as athletes, but team leaders, coaches and registered athletes can participate in competitions.
(3) Each athlete can only represent one team to participate in the competition. Once an athlete is found to represent multiple teams to participate in the competition repeatedly, the qualification and results of the team will be cancelled.
Competition Notice
(1) The competition system for each group of this competition is planned to be divided into two stages. The first stage adopts a group round robin, and the second stage adopts an elimination play-off to determine the ranking of each group.
(2) The order of appearance in the mixed team competition
Organization group: three-match mixed team competition (doubles, men’s doubles, women’s doubles);
Open group: three-match mixed team competition (men’s doubles, mixed doubles, men’s singles);
Evergreen Group: three-match mixed team competition (first men’s doubles, mixed doubles, second men’s doubles);
(3) The competition of each group adopts the best-of-three rounds system, with 15 points per ball for each round (no extra points).
(4) According to the progress of the game, the chief referee has the right to adjust the order of the game.
(5) Athletes must present their valid certificates (such as second-generation ID cards, social security cards, residence permits, etc.) to the referee before entering the field, otherwise they will not be allowed to participate.
(6) Rules, balls and expenses
1. Competition rules: adopt the latest “Badminton Competition Rules” approved by the Chinese Badminton Association and the latest regulations of the World Badminton Federation;
2. Match ball: Hongchao;
3. The participating teams in each group are responsible for their own expenses, and the insurance for athletes and referees will be purchased by the organizing committee.

ways of registration
1. Organization group: fill out the application form (see attachment 1), the “Voluntary Participation Responsibility and Risk Notice” (see attachment 2) and the certificate of the participant’s unit, scan the electronic version of the information and send it to Yuezhengyi-Xu Junbin, press registration Time order, full deadline.
2. Coordination meeting, list announcement and lottery
The specific time and place of the coordination meeting will be notified separately, and the teams that fail to attend the meeting will be drawn by the organizing committee. The Coordination Committee will publicize the list of participating teams. The publicity period is 3 days. If each participating unit raises an objection to the qualifications and age of a participant, it must follow the principle of “whoever raises the evidence” and must be raised by the team leader within the publicity period. Applications and complaints will not be accepted after the publicity period ends. Evidence materials affixed with the official seal of the unit are sent to the mailbox [email protected].

Admission Rank and Awards
(1) For groups with more than 12 pairs (teams), the top eight will be awarded.
(2) For groups with less than 12 pairs (teams), the reward will be awarded by subtracting two (i.e. the top six for less than 12 pairs (teams), and the top four for less than 8 pairs (teams); 4 pairs (teams) will cancel the game.
(3) The first to fourth places will be determined for each event in each group, and the fifth to eighth places will be tied.
