The Puente Genil Badminton Club participated this Sunday in a new edition of the TodoBadminton 2023 Circuit, held in the Malaga town of Humilladero. A total of 17 players from Ponta, from different categories, have taken part in a tournament marked by the good atmosphere and the desire of the boys and girls to demonstrate their level of play against other rivals.
Particularly notable have been the brothers Darío and Diego Velasco, aged 11 and 7, respectively, first and first and second in sub 11, as well as Ángela Lucena and Víctor Rejano, third in the mixed double sub 15. Likewise, in the senior category, Jesús Carmona reached the final in mixed doubles. Jesús is showing strong after the summer break, preparing for his most immediate challenges on the national circuit.
