PSG only needed €6M to repatriate Xavi Simons, sold to PSV Eindhoven last season. But the midfielder did not stay forever in Paris since he joined RB Leipzig in the form of a loan without a purchase option. According to the German press, Borussia Dortmund was also interested in the young Dutch player.
The PSG achieved a great deal by securing the services of Xavi Simons for only €6M, thanks to a buyout clause. The Parisian club was charmed by the Dutch midfielder, who was sold a year earlier to PSV Eindhoven. The player has gained experience at The Netherlands and managed to convince PSG, who decided to loan him this summer.
