Bola.net – Rafaela Pimenta, Paul Pogba’s agent, finally opened his voice about what had just happened to his client. Pogba is known to have failed a doping test.
Pogba was initially randomly selected as a subject to be tested by the National Anti-Doping Agency during week 1 of the 2023/2024 Italian League. Juventus against Udinese (20/8/2023).
In the same match, Pogba was included as a reserve player for Juventus. However, until the match ended, the 30 year old midfielder did not play.
The test results only came out on Tuesday (12/9/2023) WIB. Pogba is suspected of using doping due to an increase in his testosterone levels.

Regarding this case, RMC Sport then contacted Pimenta for information. The agent apparently didn’t want to comment much.
Pimenta said Pogba would carry out a second test first. Only after that will he provide further comments.
“We are still waiting for further analysis. So we can’t give an opinion before the results come out. “What is certain is that Paul Pogba never wants to break the rules,” he said.

Second Test
Pogba is currently temporarily prohibited from playing by the relevant institution. The exact punishment is still waiting for the results of the second test.
Pogba is invited to provide a second sample a maximum of three days after the first results come out. The results of this second sample will determine the punishment Pogba will receive.
If caught deliberately using doping, Pogba will be banned from playing for four years. If it was not intentional, Pogba was punished for two years.
