Opinions on Donnarumma’s Controversial Decision and the Consequences

After the loud boos received by Donnarumma, former AC Milan goalkeeper, at San Siro during the European Championship qualifying match against Ukraine and which Italy won 2-1, Fabrizio Biasin expressed his opinion:

Donnarumma was not booed for the goal against Macedonia, anyone understands that.
Is it nice to boo a player from your national team? Of course not.
It is normal that out of 50 thousand “Milanese” spectators there is a part of fans who cannot pretend nothing has happened and when faced with the “respect for the national team”/”defense of one’s club” crossroads, love for one’s team prevails of the heart? I think so.

Donnarumma is a good guy and an excellent goalkeeper who, however, made a fatal mistake.
And the mistake is not “having chosen PSG” (everyone with their career has the right to do what they want), but not having had the courage to communicate it to the people who supported him unconditionally.
That this thing could cost him boos (alas, even when he wears the blue shirt) is not nice at all, but it is the banal consequence of his lack.
