We have many advertisements and receive many emails from interested parties every day. Due to this quantity we cannot respond to every price request. This also applies to a bid that is far too low: we try to make you a decent counter-offer, but due to the volume of messages we do not respond to all low bids.
Dispatch
We try to package everything as small as possible to send it as cheaply as possible via letterbox post. If this does not suit, we will ship to your home address for 6.00 or to a collection point near you (max. 5.25). We find shipping abroad no problem. Of course you can always come pick it up. We always check everything before we send it and pack it well. For expensive or fragile products we ship insured for an extra €1.50.
To retrieve
It is of course also possible to pick up the item. We do not have a store or showroom and therefore no fixed opening hours. Collection is possible by appointment and only for items that you provide in advance and for which we have a price agreement. Payment can be made in cash or via a payment request. If you do not like the item, you can of course indicate this when you pick it up and we will cancel the purchase. It is not possible to ask for other items at the door, as they are in storage and we do not have them at hand.
