Oliveira&Faro Saeplast Cañiza lost their first victory of the season against BM Gijón in the last ten minutes, in which fatigue was noticeable.
In the first half the locals were better, both in attack and defense, and went three goals up at half-time. After passing through the locker room, Cañiza held the lead until the final minutes in which the locals accused the lack of rotation on the front line. They reached the last minute a goal down and with a chance to tie, but it was not possible and Polvorín’s first points escaped.
