A new skate park was opened in Ueckermünde on Saturday afternoon. A celebration with a best trick contest, judo and dance shows and performances by various DJs was planned for the inauguration. In the future, skaters, scooters and BMX riders will be able to try out their tricks and jumps on various concrete elements such as a fun box, bowl or quarter at the facility, which is located near the Ueckermünde bus station. The new building cost 725,000 euros.
