Nesibe Aydın, one of the ING Women’s Basketball Super League teams, introduced the new season squad.
Nesibe Aydın Club President Mirkan Aydın, board members, team head coach Erman Okerman and athletes attended the introductory meeting held at Nesibe Aydın Schools Yıldızlar Campus in Etimesgut.
Providing information about the team, which attracted great interest from students on campus, President Mirkan Aydın stated that they set out on a journey 6 years ago and said, “Currently, as one of the strongest teams of the Super League, we are fighting one on one with clubs such as Fenerbahçe, Beşiktaş and Galatasaray, which have a 100-year history. In our matches, “We ask you to support our team. Your presence in the stands gives us strength.” he said.
Head Coach Erman Okerman also said that a very special season awaits them and said, “We definitely want to see you in the matches. We are working with a sense of belonging in a very happy period.” said.
