Five players appear on the list that the MLB sent to the Caribbean Confederation.

Major League Baseball has already sent to the Caribbean Baseball Confederation the list of players who appear with extreme fatigue. Of those 443 players, five are Panamanians, who will not be able to play in the Winter Leagues, at least until December.

Among those is catcher Christian Bethancourt, of the Tampa Bay Rays, who played with the Estrellas Orientales, from San Pedro de Macorí, in the Dominican Republic.

This season he saw action in 103 games, batting .222, with 33 RBIs and 11 home runs.

There is also Javy Guerra from the Rays and who played with the Toros del Esgido.

This year he worked 19.1 innings in the Major Leagues, with an ERA of 6.05.

While in Triple A he worked 37 innings with a 4.14 earned run percentage in 32 games and 12 saves.

There is also another Chirican, Juventino González of the Cincinnati Reds, who curiously has only pitched one inning since signing in July 2021.

He has been on the injured list since August 17, 2021 until today.

The only inning he threw was on August 24, 2021, against the Washington Nationals, allowing two hits, one run, walking one and striking out one.

Coclesan Emanuel Vargas, who is on the injured list of the New York Yankees, is also part of the extreme fatigue.

He was only signed last January and on June 4 he was injured.

And Camilo Sánchez will not be able to play for the Washington Nationals.

In total, there are 443 players in the system who qualify to play in the winter leagues that appear on the restricted list.
