Miguel Cabrera Surpasses George Brett on MLB’s All-Time Hitters List

They are the last, but with each of his steps Miguel Cabrera writes a new chapter in MLB history. This Friday the Venezuelan climbed one more step in the list of the most hitters in history and reached the immortal George Brett.

In the Tigers’ 4-2 victory over the White Sox, “Miggy” went 2-for-4 to total 3,154 hits, equaling the record that the Kansas City legend achieved in his 21-year career, in which he also won:
