Oscar Piastri obviously made the right choice. By slamming the door of Alpine last year to join McLaren in the controversy, the Australian found himself in an F1 which, since mid-season, has regularly played at the forefront as proven by the three podiums won by his teammate Lando Norris over the last six Grands Prix.

Lando Norris having extended his contract at the start of 2022 until the end of 2025, we already know the McLaren driver duo for the next two seasons.
