It has not been easy to be a fan of the Polish national team lately. And it’s not that our national team doesn’t achieve spectacular successes. Everyone is aware that the White and Reds are not among the top teams in Europe, but the recent results leave much to be desired. Fernando Santos is not performing well as the coach of the national team, which under his leadership is only fourth in the Euro 2024 qualifying group. The disastrous results combined with subsequent scandals have led to a wave of criticism against the players, coach and officials.
Radosław Majdan directly about Kulesza: “He is not a good president”
Radosław Majdan joined the chorus of critics. In an interview with the “RMF FM” radio, the former Polish representative left no stone unturned on Cezary Kulesza and the entire association. Majdan believes that the current president of the Polish Football Association is not a good president.
– Kulesza is not a good president. Everything got out of control. Today, the Polish Football Association is an unleavened organization. Looking at it from the side you may feel ashamed. I am ashamed of subsequent scandals (…). The players’ results go hand in hand with the image of the Polish Football Association, he emphasized.

For some time now, fans have been loudly demanding the resignation of Cezary Kulesza. However, he remains adamant and does not intend to give up his job. Radosław Majdan did not give a clear answer to the question about the resignation of the current president, but he made a very controversial statement. As he claims, Cezary Kulesza was helped by the ruling party.
– I’m starting to wonder about it, although he will never do it, because he really wanted to be the president of the Polish Football Association. The ruling party helped him a lot in being president. If the ruling option gets involved in something, it turns out like with Cezary Kulesza, that later we all feel ashamed of it, he noted.
Majdan also spoke very strongly about the Polish Football Association. At the same time, the former Polish representative called for extensive changes among the managers. According to the former footballer, everyone in a relationship only cares about their own interests, which he says is unacceptable.
– I would reorganize the entire relationship. PZPN is not only about Cezary Kulesza, because he is not the only one responsible for it. I would thank half the union. Kulesza should resign and several other older activists should resign, archaic people who only care about their own interests. It’s horrifying. I’m waiting for the Polish Football Association to be taken over by young people who will act in such a way that we won’t be ashamed of them, he concluded.
