“In India I was consistent and I hope to be consistent in Japan”

MADRID, 26 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

MotoGP rider Joan Mir (Repsol Honda) has stated that he hopes to be as “consistent” as in the last Indian Grand Prix, in which he was fifth, in the next Motegí event, in a Japanese Grand Prix in the one who will run at home.

“I really want to ride at Motegi as a Honda rider, the fans there are always incredible. We come from a weekend in India in which we were consistent at all times with a good final result and I hope we can do it again in Japan,” he said in statements provided by the team.

However, the former world champion believes that he will have to suffer more than in Buddh. “I think we will have a more complicated weekend, so we will see what happens in the end. It is about preparing to finish the season in the best possible way,” he assured.
