Historic moment for ASD Army – 187 Folgore of Livornowhich among the teachers, has the first technical teacher qualified master of Karate Antonio Citiformed by the National School, seat of excellence, established by the Italian Federation Judo Fight Karate and Martial Arts – FIJLKAM, at the PalaPellicone Olympic Center in Lido di Ostia – Rome.
A recognition that comes after many years of activity, which began in 1988 as an athlete and subsequently, the ASD 187 club led the current educator and trainer in the appropriate path, which allowed him to reach all the steps envisaged by teacher, Aspiring Coach 2003, Coach 2006, Instructor 2012, up to the official title of Master of the Olympic combat discipline.
Furthermore, under the guidance of the technical direction, the athletes won 3 gold medals and the title of Italian Champions, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals at the Italian Youth Class Championships and for Regional Representatives.
Two medals won, gold and silver, at the world circuit of the World Karate Federation – WKF of the Karate 1 Youth League in Cyprus and a series of victories in international competitions, competing in 12 European countries.
He currently holds the role of regional technical collaborator in the Regional Committee of Tuscany in the Karate sector.
TRAINING – The structure of the National Karate Master Course was developed in two phases, the first in connection and with the collaboration of the Scuola dello Sport, started remotely, on a special platform for online “e-Learning” theoretical lessons and subsequently, from 30 August to 02 September, the course continued in presence, between classroom lessons and practical sessions, aimed at a more careful and specific specialization of the many contents that the discipline encompasses, from history and tradition to the most advanced methodologies for start-up of beginners, up to the high-performance performance of the high level.
