Germany: the investigation against two teenage girls, who confessed to the stabbing murder of their friend, has been closed

In fact, the German authorities announced that they had abandoned legal action against the two pre-teens. The reason ? The two girls are “below the age of criminal responsibility”, as the Siegen public prosecutor’s office reported. Now the two preteens are in a therapeutic care center, according to local authorities.
