Germany: the investigation against two teenage girls, who confessed to the stabbing murder of their friend, has been closed

When they provided information about the case, the two suspects ended up confessing to the facts. They were then entrusted to social and youth protection services.

This Monday, September 11, the investigation into this violent murder was closed, as reported by Le Figaro. In fact, the German authorities announced that they had abandoned legal action against the two pre-teens. The reason ? The two girls are “below the age of criminal responsibility”, as the Siegen public prosecutor’s office reported. Now the two preteens are in a therapeutic care center, according to local authorities.
