It was obvious that the playmaker had had an extremely weak day. And Herbert? Stood stoically on the edge of the field and watched Schröder mess up one shot after the other, how he just couldn’t get the game under control, how he wanted to force it in the final seconds and thus still give the Latvians the opportunity to win.
