Court bans Rubiales from contact with Hermoso
Rubiales continued to protest his innocence in court. The judge still issued an injunction stating that he could only come within 200 meters of Hermoso.
The player accuses Rubiales of putting pressure on her after the kissing scandal. According to the accusation, she should speak out in his defense after the media response to the action. The public prosecutor could even view this as a criminal offense of coercion.
Rubiales has now resigned from his position as president of the Spanish association because the pressure from the association had become too great.
