Last week there was a secret meeting between the bosses and coach Thomas Tuchel (50). As “tz” reports, the meeting was urgently desired by both sides.
The bosses around CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen (56) are said to have made it clear to the coach that they no longer want his public complaining about the squad and perplexed appearances in defeat!

Why the ban on complaining for Tuchel?
After the 3-0 defeat in the Supercup against Leipzig, Tuchel was completely at a loss and dismayed: “That’s frightening. The discrepancy between mood, form and what we get on the pitch is huge. It’s inexplicable to me. As if we hadn’t done anything for four weeks. I have no starting point.”
This should now be over and Tuchel should move forward as the leader!
Tuchel complained about the squad that he had put together in the “Sports Committee” (including Dreesen, Neppe, Hainer, Hoeneß and Rummenigge – now disbanded) over the summer: “The squad is a bit thin.”

His dream deal with 65 million player João Palhinha (28) fell through on the last transfer day despite passing his medical check in Munich because Fulham could not find a replacement for the Portuguese under pressure.
There was also no replacement for the two right-backs Benjamin Pavard (27/for 30 million euros to Inter Milan) and Josip Stanisic (23/loan from Leverkusen).
Dreesen had countered: “He has to be a little more creative now. That’s his job! The squad is still first-class.”

According to BILD information, there was now an internal accusation that the transfer task force had acted too slowly after the top deals with Harry Kane (30) and Minjae Kim (26). Tuchel had been calling for a new six for weeks – even in public…
