Estra Pistoia Basket has announced the definition of an “extraordinary” agreement between Pistoia Basket 2000 and Gonzaga University, one of the most important American universities closely linked to the world of basketball, which will go well beyond the purely sporting sphere. Everything will be presented at a press conference tomorrow, Tuesday 19 September at 5.30 pm in the splendid Sala Maggiore of the Palazzo Comunale in Piazza Duomo. “In addition to the leaders of the red and white society and the city institutions, important personalities from the university will take part in the meeting who will be connected even from the United States, as well as the president of LBA Umberto Gandini and the US Consul in Florence Daniela Ballard. obviously all athletes and citizens are also invited to the event.”
