Designer t-shirts and branded caps stolen from street shops Mount Napoleon a Milano thanks to shielded bag trick. The state police have arrested Monday afternoon two Peruvian citizens, aged 18 and 25, with previous and irregular records, for aggravated theft in competition. The agents of the Flying Squad, around 7 pm, noticed the two men who, after having stopped outside a clothing store in via Ponte Vetero, walked along via Broletto to go to a sports clothing store in via Torino where , without being noticed by the shop assistants, stole four baseball caps to hide them in the 18-year-old’s bag. The police immediately stopped them outside the shop and checked them: the 4 hats – worth 42 euros each – were in the bag paper screened with aluminum foil and tape. In the 25-year-old’s backpack, however, the officers found a shoulder bag, also shielded, where inside there were two signed polo shirts worth 460 euros and other items with the price tags still attached. The police went to Via Monte Napoleone where the director of the fashion store confirmed that the two shirts had been stolen in the mid-afternoon and the two were arrested.
