The Costa Teguise Lanzarote Judo Club (CJCT) starts the season with good news. One of the most influential websites in the world of judo in Spain, planetajudo.com, has made an analysis of the ten best judo clubs in the country and has placed the conejero team in the top ten national.
This is, as the club itself highlights this Tuesday in a press release, a more than deserved recognition taking into account the club’s trajectory in recent years and being part of the national judo elite starting from the island of Lanzarote.
The website names the most important judoka teams in Spain, Judo Club Brunete, Valencia CJ, JC Sotillo, Stabia de Extremadura, the Madrid-based Judo Fontenebro and AJM, Judo Valdemoro, Hiroshima, Sakura from Torrejón and, closing the group of best judo clubs in Spain, the Costa Teguise Lanzarote Judo Club.
The director of the CJCT, Antonio Ramírez, values “more than positively this news that recognizes a long history in the elite of Spanish judo. Efforts that, news like this, make all that sweat, all those hours, all those kilometers, worth it. A considerable push that helps us continue giving everything, season after season, for Lanzarote judo,” concludes Antonio Ramírez.
