In July 2022, Jinxiu Community established the Red Property Company, which mainly provides property services for the community. The company recruited 28 weak laborers and left-behind women with low educational level and narrow employment channels in the community as security guards, cleaners and plumbers.
The red property company provides free property services to the community, and the wages of all employees are paid by the city as a whole. In order to stimulate the internal motivation of employees, the company also actively “goes out” and provides paid services such as garbage removal and water and electricity maintenance.
“We actively expand our business and lead our employees to provide services to various industry departments in the city, as well as some enterprises and shops, so as to promote the stable income increase of community residents.” Cai Bin said.
Through continuous integration of resources and expansion of employment channels, 1,673 of the 1,843 laborers in Jinxiu Community have achieved employment or started businesses. Today, every household in Jinxiu Community has at least one person employed, which has effectively promoted the income of community residents to become rich. In the first half of this year, the per capita net income of Jinxiu Community reached 14,000 yuan.
