According to the statement made by BİDEV, the 3×3 tournament was held at Spor İstanbul AŞ Fatih Sports Complex Sports Hall within the scope of the “BİDEV BasketForAll Project” accepted and approved by the European Commission Erasmus+.
While 48 girls and boys athletes in the 11-12 age group participated in the tournament, 4 girls and 8 boys teams competed in the organization.
The organization aimed to focus on both the skills of young athletes on the field and the socialization aspect with their peers, as well as inter-sectoral cooperation between Basketball stakeholders.
After the tournament, awards were given to the participants and the outstanding teams and athletes by BİDEV Secretary General Coşkun Teziç and Turhan Koray, a trustee member of the foundation who contributed to the organization of the organization.
On behalf of BİDEV, board members Sema Kasapoğlu, Murat Yosmaoğlu, founding member Sinan Güler, trustees Tamer Oyguç and Ümit Avcı also attended the organization, which also attracted the interest of the athletes’ families.
