Bages Badminton Club Resumes Activities with New Adult Training Program

The Bages Badminton Club (BBC), chaired by Lionel Cervantès, is resuming its activities. Training is carried out by Romain Cayrol and Emma Verges and takes place at the sports hall (Louis-Noguères room), route d’Ortaffa.

Note, as new this season, the implementation of specific training for adults. Playing badminton is possible from the age of 5 and requires the equipment of a racket and shuttlecocks.

The adults are divided into four groups according to levels. Hours are as follows: children aged 5 to 7, Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., training. Ages 8 to 10, Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., training. From 11 to 16 years old, Wednesday 5:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. and Friday 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m., training. Adults, Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., training (G1 and G2), from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., training (G3 and G4), free play possible if courts are available, from 9:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. 30, free play; Wednesday from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., G1 training on two courts (the N have priority and the R have turnover), from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., free play on five courts; Thursday 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. free play, 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m. training (G2 and G3). All ages: Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. free play. This “Player Family” slot is reserved for adult players of the club who can come with their children who are also registered with the BBC.
