The resumption of activities of the ASPTT Alençon (Orne) is scheduled from Wednesday, September 6, 2023 with a first hike.
At the gymnasium of the Star
Monday, September 11: zumba from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday, September 12: hatha yoga from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 6:10 p.m. to 7:10 p.m., yoga-ashtanga-vinyasa from 7:20 p.m. to 8:20 p.m.
Thursday September 14: light gymnastics from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., tonic gymnastics from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday, September 15: adapted sports from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., concerns sports on prescription, people suffering from obesity or having a long illness or for those who wish to resume a sporting activity after a long interruption.
At the Black Lands stadium
Wednesday, September 13: Kidisport from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. (for 4-7 year olds), Kidisport from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (for 8-11 year olds). During this sports season, the children practice about ten different activities per three-week period. Maximum of 12 children per session.
At the Montfoulon gymnasium
Archery: Wednesday September 13 (children) from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, September 15 (children) from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Hiking
All departures take place in the Theater car park at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, September 6: hike with Jacky, approximately 10 to 12 km at a moderate pace. The hikes with Jacky will take place every odd numbered week.
Wednesday, September 13: hike with Marc of about 8 km every even week.
Thursday, September 14: hike with Gérard of about 12 km at a brisk pace. These hikes will take place every even-numbered week.
Theme hike
Sunday September 17: gourmet hike in Igé, departure at 10 a.m. from the Theater car park. Prices: €17, payment on site. Registration with Gérard.
