The ablitera judoka, Yulema Fernández, member of the Judo Club Ribera Navarra, has had the opportunity to participate in the Ono Judo Stage, which took place in Villaviciosa de Odón (Madrid) from September 7 to 10. This event, organized by two prominent figures in the world of judo in Spain, Javier Delgado and Khioshi Uematsu, gave Fernández the opportunity to learn from some of the best judokas in the world, including the double Japanese Olympic champion, Shohei Ono, Olympic bronze medalist Masashi Ebinuma, and world bronze medalist Elio Verde.
For four intense days, Fernández underwent a rigorous training program that consisted of two daily sessions, each lasting three hours. His participation in this high-level event allowed him to immerse himself in the world of judo at a whole new level.
