Les Gets: Les Bleues on familiar ground
One year after the World Championships organized in Les Gets, Pauline Ferrand-Prévôt and Loana Lecomte return to the Haute-Savoie resort in a relaxed atmosphere, for the sixth round of the World Cup (short race Friday, Olympic cross-country Sunday, live on L ‘Live Team). Last year, the search for a new global title in a very hectic season (for Ferrand-Prévôt) and the excessive pressure of a World Cup just a stone’s throw from home (for Lecomte) had occupied all the space.
At the beginning of September, it is with much more lightness that the two champions return to the French public, four weeks after their brilliant double at the Scottish Worlds. Ferrand-Prévôt is coming to present his fifth iridescent jersey, while Lecomte will have the opportunity to benefit at home from the public’s enthusiasm for her brilliant place as vice-world champion.
