For his part, the athlete Silvio Useda Hernández, 13 years old, originally from Masaya, shared his joy of winning his first judo match this Saturday.

“I am very happy, because it is the first time that I have qualified in a Central American competition participating in judo. I tried very hard to train and I am very happy because I already won my first fight and I still need the second fight to compete for gold,” he said.

Also, he commented that for the practice of judo, the main thing is to be disciplined with a counterattack and attack technique.
