Sunday September 24, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the Saint-Exupéry hall, the 10th Blob international judo open takes place.
The Grand Rouen judo club and the Normandy league organize this competition for women’s and men’s teams.
Bringing together categories from junior to senior, it allows registered clubs to compete not only with the best national athletes, but also with European clubs from Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Czech Republic and Croatia.
Nearly 500 judokas are expected on the Rouen tatamis, including members of the French women’s and men’s teams.
This tournament is an important milestone in the judoka calendar since it is one of the first major meetings of the 2023/2024 season.
The tournament will begin with the fights of the junior, junior and junior teams at 9:30 a.m. The juniors and seniors will compete from 2:30 p.m. for finals to follow from 5:30 p.m.
