Tottenham Hotspur Secure Potential Successor to Harry Kane Amidst Bayern Munich Interest

Tottenham Hotspur have signed a potential successor to Harry Kane, who is courted by Bayern Munich. The English Premier League club, which has been in a tug-of-war with the German record champions for weeks about their team captain, signed 19-year-old Alejo Véliz from the Argentine first division club Rosario Central. The U20 international is a center forward.

According to media reports, Véliz will cost a fee of 17 million euros. Like van de Veen, he will receive a contract until 2029.

Not enough for Spurs boss Daniel Levy, who met Bayern managers Jan-Christian Dreesen and Marco Neppe for lunch in London last week.

According to SPORT1 information, Levy requires a higher base amount. There is talk of a fixed sum of 100 million pounds, i.e. 116 million euros. In addition, there may be additional bonus payments.

The last word has not been spoken, both clubs are still in exchange. Bayern’s transfer task force will make a decision on how to proceed in a timely manner. As SPORT1 knows, the people of Munich are thinking about making improvements again, contrary to their original plan, they want to continue fighting for Kane.
