“He’s playing really, really solidly. He did very little nonsense in his quarter-finals, has a good first serve. He has no weaknesses at all. There isn’t a shot I can play now where I could relax a bit . I have to make sure that I play powerfully,” said Thiem before the semifinals about Djere.
Opponent in the final would be Argentinian Sebastian Baez, who defeated his top seeded compatriot Tomas Martin Etcheverry 7:6(5), 3:6, 6:4.
