The team led by Pedro Grifol has experienced behavioral problems among its players and they have been pointed out as players with little commitment to the organization. One of the spokesmen for this aspect has been Oswaldo Guillén, former manager of the team.

Keynan Middleton, new reliever for the Yankees and former player for the White Sox, spoke about the situation in Chicago. “We came in with no rules,” Middleton told Jesse Rogers. “I don’t know how you control the culture if there are no rules or guidelines to follow because everyone is doing their own thing. How do you say anything about it when there are no rules?” he continued. For a long time there have been rumors about the lack of discipline in the whole of Chicago.
