The 2023-2024 season of Acqua S.Bernardo Pallacanestro Cantù has begun and met on Friday 18th at the PalaBlackcourth in Como, where it carried out the first double training session. The club communicates it through its official website.
The program included a first session in the morning focused on athletic training. While in the afternoon training the team started to move the ball following the first indications of coach Sacchetti. Session followed by a media day, with the local press having the opportunity to record the first impressions of the players.
“I found the boys ready, they followed the training program we sent them in the summer. – these are the first sensations of the athletic trainer Luciano D’Ancicco – The first day of training went well, the team was loaded and there there was a great desire to resume. Now, starting from the next few days we will begin to gradually increase the workloads to be ready for the start of the championship.”
Acqua S.Bernardo will continue its preparation dividing itself between Como and the Carimate sports field where it will carry out its athletic training, until August 30th when it is scheduled to leave for the Bormio retreat. The team will face the first two friendlies in Valtellina, on 1 September against Germani Brescia and the following day against SAM Massagno.
