1. Agreement to Terms
1.1. Applicants must apply for this project in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. Applicants cannot apply for this project unless they agree to these terms.
1.2. If the applicant is a minor, please apply for this project after obtaining the consent of a legal representative such as a person with parental authority. In addition, if an applicant applies for this project on behalf of a business operator, the business operator must also agree to this agreement before using this service.

2. Scope of application
When applying for this project, in addition to these Terms, the “LINE Manga Indies Guidelines” (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”) and the “LINE Manga Terms of Use” (hereinafter referred to as “Use of this Service “Terms”, together with the Guidelines, “Terms of Service, etc.”) shall apply. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Terms of Service, etc. and the content of these Terms, these Terms shall apply preferentially.

3. Changes to Terms
3.1. The Company may change the Terms within the scope of the purpose of the Terms if the Company deems it necessary. In that case, the Company will inform the customer of the content and effective date of the revised Terms by displaying them on the Service or on the Company’s website, or by notifying the customer in a manner specified by the Company. 4.Application conditions
4.1. Applicants may apply for this project via “LINE Manga Indies” a manga written by the Applicant (only completed manuscripts, not titles).
4.2. Applicants cannot cancel their application for this project after agreeing to these Terms.
4.3. Applicants may apply for this project in accordance with the method prescribed by our company only during the period when our company is holding this project.
4.4. Applicants may not apply to this project for works that have been commercialized for profit or that have already been awarded or commended in projects such as awards and campaigns other than this project.
4.5. Applicants are not allowed to participate in this project and any other awards, campaigns, etc., for works that have not been commercialized for profit or that have not received awards or campaigns other than this project. Applications can be submitted at the same time, but if the work in question is commercialized for profit during the application for this project, or if it wins an award or campaign other than this project, the work in question will not be commercialized or won a prize. This project will not be covered from the month that includes the day when the fact was announced.
4.6. Applicants are required to submit submitted works from after 23:59:59 on the last day of the application, when the aggregation of indicators for each work starts, until the aggregation is completed (hereinafter referred to as the “timing of aggregation on the last day of the application”). 5. Contents of submitted work
5.1. Entries for this project are limited to comics written by the entrant himself/herself.
5.2. Content that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals, content that slanders others, content that the Company deems inappropriate, intellectual property rights of third parties, etc. (copyrights, moral rights, patent rights, trademark rights, etc.) (including, but not limited to, design rights, utility model rights, trade secrets, honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, and publicity rights. 5.3. The applicant represents and warrants that the submitted work does not infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party and that it has the legitimate authority to grant the Company the right to use the submitted work. 6. Reward payment conditions
6.1. In this project, applicants will be rewarded at a later date according to the performance indicators for each work submitted for one month (from the 1st of each month to the time of aggregation on the last day of the application; hereinafter referred to as the “application month”). 6.2. One person can apply for this project with any number of works, but the reward will be paid only for one work with the highest total amount of rewards paid in the month of application.
6.3. 6.5. If the conditions stipulated in 6.4 are met, the reward amount will be calculated for each application month according to the following three indicators.

7. Flow of bounty payment
7.1. Rewards will be paid through LINE Pay. You need to register to use LINE Pay in advance to receive it.
7.2. Applicants who are eligible for a bounty will receive an e-mail from the 15th to the 20th of the month following the month in which they applied, to the e-mail address registered at the time of artist registration.
7.3. Those eligible for rewards will enter various information such as LINE Pay number, real name, address, etc. from the form provided in the guidance email by the end of the month following the application month.
7.4. If the input of various information cannot be confirmed within the specified period, the reward recipient will lose the right to receive the reward. Please note that we will not be able to take any action after the input deadline for any reason, such as inability to use LINE Pay, incomplete registration email address, or non-delivery of information emails.

8. Rights of submitted works

10. Cancellation and change of this project

11. End of acceptance of this project

12. Prohibitions

13. Responsibilities of Applicants
13.1. Applicants shall apply for this project at their own responsibility, and shall be responsible for all actions of the applicant in connection with applying for this project and the results thereof. .
13.2. If the Company deems that the Applicant has applied for this project in violation of the application conditions described in “4. If there is any falsehood, fraud, or incompleteness, if the applicant cannot be contacted for a certain period of time, or if the Company reasonably determines that the applicant is unsuitable, the applicant will be disqualified without notifying the applicant in advance. 13.3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be obligated to other customers or any other third party to prevent or correct the applicant’s violation.
13.4. 14. Our Disclaimer
14.1. 15. Relationship between these Terms and Laws
If the provisions of these Terms of Use are deemed to be in violation of the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations that apply to the contract between the customer and our company regarding the application for this project, such provisions shall be deemed to be inconsistent with the contract with the customer to that extent. shall not apply. However, even in this case, the effect of other provisions of this agreement shall not be affected.

16. Contacting Applicants
Applicants will be contacted regarding the application for this project by e-mail, display on the screen of the service provided by the Company, or any other method that the Company deems appropriate. Applicants shall check from time to time whether or not they have received communications from the Company.

17. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION
The original text of this Agreement shall be Japanese, and the governing law shall be Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of first instance for disputes arising between applicants and the Company arising out of or in connection with the application for this project and this service.
