Dominik Szoboszlai had a unique story before joining Liverpool. Like the Reds fans, Szoboszlai was worried that the transfer would fail.
Szoboszlai became Liverpool’s second purchase this summer after Alexis Mac Allister. He was brought in from RB Leipzig with a tag of 60 million pounds or Rp. 1.15 trillion.

What makes Liverpool even more happy is that the transfer process is not that complicated, because it only takes about 7-10 days from when the rumors appear until Szoboszlai officially changes uniforms.
Because Liverpool were suddenly rumored to be approaching Szoboszlai and trying to redeem the player’s contract clause which ends on June 30. Liverpool initially wanted to negotiate, but the presence of Newcastle United who was also interested made his move to Anfield threatened.

“My agent notified me in the Whatsapp group about Liverpool’s interest; I was on vacation, my father had other activities, and my agent was also at another place. We then had a video call,” he explained.
“My agent didn’t want to say anything until everything was confirmed, so he didn’t just say ‘Yes, this transfer is possible’. He just said to me ‘It’s getting closer and he wants me to decide quickly. So we immediately had a meeting and sorted everything out. .”
