The Syntainics MBC from the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) has signed the American Diante Baldwin. The 28-year-old has signed with MBC for the next two and a half months and will stand in for injured playmaker Charles Callison during that time, the club said on Sunday.
Callison will be out for at least six weeks with bone edema in his right ankle. The new season starts at the end of September.
“Diante can defend well and organize the game. He likes to push the pace,” said MBC head coach Predrag Krunic about his new player.
Last season, Baldwin was under contract with Serbian club KK Borac Cacak.
